The word “ego” usually applies to our dysfunctional personality traits. If a person is controlling, throws temper tantrums or is offensive, their ego is usually said to be the cause.
Dysfunctional attributes of the ego, all spring from the Old Reality of separation consciousness. We have for years explored the effects of separation from other people, separation from other states of consciousness, and separation from the spiritual source within our Souls.
Separation consciousness creates a deep-seated fear of lack; fears that there will not be enough love, land, or resources. These fears create jealousy, greed and aggression. After thousands of years of unthinkable consequences, we are ready to move on to the healing phase of our existence upon Earth.
Our New Reality will bring heart-centered Christ consciousness. The keyword of the new consciousness is integration, not separation.
Over the coming years, we will find ways to resolve our differences and issues of separation in ways that are inspired by unconditional love and compassion. Violence may create violence, but it is based upon the illusion of lack. Love creates love, and is based upon the true component of Creation, and it will have real power to change our reality.
In our Old Reality, others who criticized us with accusations that made us feel unworthy, controlled us. Now we are berated with accusations that we have bad ego problems. In fact, some claim, that having any ego at all is bad. People, even gentle souls with wonderful hearts, are now beginning to doubt themselves.
Our New Reality will not be about having power over anyone. It will be about self-empowerment and about equality for everyone. The ego of a spiritual Soul is not a problem. It is an essential part of the human system, created by the Creator of all life, in order to experience consciousness from an endless number of viewpoints.
Our Infinite Being, is the all-encompassing consciousness from which the universe was created. Everything in the universe is made of the energy of pure consciousness. Each flower in nature is unique, so is each of our human Souls. Our primary purpose is to experience life from one individual point of view.
You cannot remove a part of yourself and be whole. The ego cannot be removed and forgotten. It is part of our essential sense of identity. Even if someone were successful in removing a part of themself, there would come a time when we would need to retrieve that lost part and integrate it back within ourself in a healthy, gentle manner to be whole again.
You are an expression of Infinite Being as it experiences itself from all possible viewpoints. The best way we can serve our self, and The Source within us all, is to live our life to our own personal, highest potential.
Jesus said, “The Kingdom of God is within you”, that is the divinity that is just waiting to come forward and express itself within us. It is the old ego thought system of separation that blocks this divinity from being fully expressed and experienced on a full time basis in our lives.
Now is the time to celebrate who you are. You are unique, you are worthy, and there is no one exactly like you in the entire universe. Step out and use your unique expression to help bring the change in our world that will benefit all humanity.
