It is through observing how the different aspects of ourselves manifest into the world that we begin to realize that there is nothing more important we can do for ourselves than to give the highest priority to the process of knowing our true selves.
This process asks that we take notice and give consideration to what is going on within our being. It is becoming aware that there is only vigilant watchfulness to everything within us, and in our response to everything outside our being.
Nothing is beyond the scrutiny of self-observing; every thought, every feeling, every action is up for our careful watch and consideration. It is accomplished by cultivating an inner receptivity, an inner listening, and an inner alignment to the signals that we receive from our higher selves.
This guides us through every action, decision and choice that we make on a daily basis. Everyone has within them a deeper, wiser, all-knowing aspect whose heart wants us to communicate with it.
It requires that we ask our higher heart self, to come into our consciousness, and begin to notice everything around us with heightened awareness.
When we allow this awareness each day, we establish direct contact with our inner voice, and it will signal us in some way through to the synchronicities that may appear in our lives.
When we are connected to this higher aspect of ourselves, we will observe that we are feeling more energized, and that we are moving through our daily challenges with the ease, balance, and neutrality, and we are feeling secure in the decisions we make.
When we are operating from a place of heart felt love. We observe that our true, desires are the feedback from our higher self, and this allows us to live in an inspired loving way.
We observe that aligning with our higher self always brings pure joy to our lives.
By observing everything in our lives, we can see that others who make a committed connection with their higher selves, truly bring forth the mind brilliance within them, and they begin to tap into their limitless reservoir of creativity, flawless guidance, and intelligence that is available to them each and every day.
They observe that this higher aspect wants them to know that they are powerful. That they are constantly expanding, evolving, and also becoming more aware of who they really are.
We now realize that what we don’t care for in other people is already within them too, and that they just need to recognize this and acknowledge it and begin the process of recognition and resolve.
We observe that we can do whatever we want to do, that when we are authentic, honest and true to our true selves, everything in our lives will unfold naturally and in Divine Order.
We do not need to apologize for who we were, who we are, or who we are going to be, knowing and accepting that it is all a part of our life experience and growth.
We observe the need to improve our worst habits, those that have kept us from moving forward. We take action to change each of them one at a time.
Observing this process, we begin the focus, intention and determination, to dissolve the bad habits and negative programming so that we can move in the direction of our highest good and highest potential. We can keep centered in our heart and focus on peace and harmony.
We observe with a calmness of spirit that by staying neutral, we are in balance, with our emotional responses, and to what is happening around us.
We have learned that we can only connect with our higher self when we are in the Now moment, and have released the past, and we are not projecting the past into the future.
Releasing also means surrendering all our fears, worries and insecurities. And trusting in Spirit that everything is in Divine Order.
By going within our hearts and focusing our attention, we allow our inner wisdom to flow into our awareness. This brings a more peaceful, joyful and harmonious world for all.
I ask that each person make a daily habit of observing all the beauty and all the miracles in their lives, and give gratitude for each and every one.
