Greetings, Dear Ones.   We wish to offer a little gift to assist you with your desired transformation and balance throughout this new year.  Our suggestion is deceptively simple but most powerful if done with intention and regularity

Sit or lie quietly and imagine that your navel is a flower that you can open and close at will.  For five or ten minutes once or twice a day open your flower and see the golden white light of Divine Creator stream into the center of the flower thus filling every cell and atom of your essence  with renewed and expanded light and love.  This will assist you in releasing any outmoded energies you may hold and ease the assimilation of higher incoming light as you awaken to your multidimensionality.   It is designed to assist in your ascension.   Close your flower then until the next infusion

We call this exercise Orchidium, but any flower with a center opening will do.
