This is great for beginners to advanced. You will experience a live guided meditation, a breathing exercise for balance, grounding and a deep sense of calm, as well as a simple mantra to offer our bodies healing vibrations.

Among the many benefits include a reduction in stress and blood pressure, strengthening of abdominal and intestinal muscles and relief of general body aches and pains. Deep breathing also promotes better blood flow, releases toxins from the body and aids in healthy sleep.

Mantras are considered capable of creating transformation of energy/vibration into divine qualities. It’s also been found that self created sounds such as chanting will cause the left and right hemispheres of the brain to synchronize. Such chanting will also help oxygenate the brain, reduce our heart rate, blood pressure and assist in creating calm brainwave activity.

Listening to certain chants has great beneficial effects. The recitation of sacred mantras actually causes the physical and etheric bodies to change their vibrational frequency level, becoming more attuned with divine energy. By mantric chanting, one can cause stuck energy to become released, and we can return to our natural state of resonance.
